On 8 October 2008 KSF entered into Administation and ME Mills, AR Bloom, PJ Brazzill and TM Burton were appointed to act as Administrators. The appointment was made by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Companies Court on the application of the Financial Services Authority. On 26 April 2013, TM Burton resigned as Administrator and BT Cairns was appointed to act as Joint Administrator. The appointment was made by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Companies Court on the application of the continuing Joint Administrators.  On 7 April 2017, BT Cairns resigned as Administrator and RP Barker was appointed to act as Joint Administrator. The appointment was made by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Companies Court on the application of the continuing Joint Administrators.

 

Patrick Joseph Brazzill and Richard Peter Barker are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as an insolvency practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association and Alan Robert Bloom and Margaret Elizabeth Mills are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as insolvency practitioners by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.


The affairs, business and property of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited are being managed by the Joint Administrators ME Mills, AR Bloom, PJ Brazzill and RP Barker. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.
