On 8 October 2008 KSF entered into Administation and ME Mills, AR Bloom, PJ Brazzill and TM Burton were appointed to act as Administrators. The appointment was made by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Companies Court on the application of the Financial Services Authority. On 26 April 2013, TM Burton resigned as Administrator and BT Cairns was appointed to act as Joint Administrator. The appointment was made by the High Court of Justice Chancery Division, Companies Court on the application of the continuing Joint Administrators.
