SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
Scheme documents
As stated in the website update of 09 April 2009, the following documents have been made available for the creditors of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander (Isle of Man) Limited (“KSFIOM”). Known creditors of the Company will receive the documents by Post.
The Joint Liquidators Provisionally urge you to read the documents in relation to the Scheme as and to return the relevant Voting and Proxy Form(s), as soon as possible, and prior to 5pm on 15 May 2009, (whether you will attend the voting meeting(s) or not) to enable your votes to be counted. Details of roadshows to be held are also given below, and we would welcome your attendance and any questions you may have.

Roadshows for the Scheme of Arrangement (“the Scheme”), to provide the creditors of KSFIOM with the opportunity to ask any questions on the Scheme, have been arranged for the following dates and locations:
