On 30 October 2008, the Administrators of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (In Administration) ("KSF") sold the majority stake held by KSF in Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Capital Markets Limited ("KSFCM") to that company's management. KSFCM was renamed Singer Capital Markets Limited and has resumed trading as a business independent of KSF.
