The Kaupthing Graduate Development/Management Programme offers fantastic opportunities for graduates looking to build and develop their career.
Having just launched the first pilot programme at the beginning of 2008, we have candidates already recruited for September 2008 and are now searching for candidates for September 2009.
What makes us different from any other bank or graduate programme are our company principles - which make us both flexible and dynamic. We believe in rewarding talent, encouraging fun and flair and not getting tied down with bureaucracy.
There are limited opportunities and only the very best graduates will be chosen. Our selection criteria are very much balanced between the applicant's academic prowess, attitude and practical experiences.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for exceptional graduates with the following profile:
- Outstanding academic record and evidence of extra-curricular involvement
- Permanent right to work in the EEA
- Demonstrable interest in banking
- Evidence of creativity, flexibility and innovation
Recruitment Process

- Assessment Centres will be held in October/November 2008
- Start date is September 2009
