Our minimum loan size is generally £5 million and we do not usually exceed £30 million unless we are partnering with another bank. We are not a volume lender, and can therefore focus on a small number of clients and devote time to ensuring that they get a top quality service from us.

As well as traditional debt facilities and other funding solutions across the entire capital structure, we have a successful track record with pre- and post-flotation facilities for AIM-listed companies, acquisition finance and rollout funding for established business models.

During recent years, the corporate banking team have been increasingly providing senior and junior debt together with working capital for fast growing businesses, management buy-outs and buy-ins, acquisitions, recapitalisations and equity releases.
