UK Residential Mortgage
We can offer finance secured against property in the UK through our bespoke mortgage service.
Since the requirement of each individual is unique, we consider each case on its own merits. Our mortgages are available for residential or investment purposes, whether purchasing, refinancing or raising additional equity for other purposes.
We offer
- Fast ‘in principle’ credit decisions
- Flexible terms subject to individual needs and circumstances
- Minimum loan typically £1million with no maximum (subject to our discretion)
- Maximum loan to property value of 80 per cent, with 100 per cent borrowing considered subject to additional collateral being provided
- Competitive interest rates based against LIBOR plus an agreed margin
- Borrowing may be in the name of the individual, a sole purpose company or trust (a personal guarantee is normally required)
- Interest-only loans available for a maximum of five years. Ten years considered subject to an amortising schedule being in place
- Interest on all loans is calculated daily, so you only pay interest on the money you owe
