Diversification of risk is an essential element of any portfolio structure. We believe that a portfolio should be constructed to ensure that the fund is not disproportionately exposed to the fortunes of one geographic region, industrial sector or single corporate entity. We use collective investment schemes where appropriate, in order to maximise diversification and minimise any stock-specific risk. The investment team continually monitor investments to ensure their appropriateness for a client's needs.
