Investment Funding
Although we have a number of longer term transactions on our books against good quality covenants, we prefer shorter term facilities (3 to 5 years) for active borrowers who are looking for a funding partner.
We are happy to be involved in transactions where there are short-term leases or local trader covenants, as long as there is a good spread of income.
We have a number of large companies among our clients where we have provided bilateral facilities against specific property assets.
