Property Finance

Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Ltd provide property finance to enable clients to purchase land or existing sites for new build, development or refurbishment projects.

The Property Finance team of the specialist Property Division works with clients such as house builders, developers and property entrepreneurs who require financing of £500,000 to £10 million for residential and commercial projects throughout England and Wales.

We also have the resources withing the Property Division to provide larger amounts for specific projects.
