Financial Services Compensation Scheme established under the
Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. You may be entitled to
compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.
This depends on the type of business, the circumstances of the
claim and the date the relevant firm is declared in default. Most
types of investment business are covered for 100% of the first
£50,000, so the maximum compensation is £50,000 (or EEA equivalent)
